Shipping 

Our shipping cost varies depending on weight and destination. Total freight costs will be displayed during checkout based upon your items and their destination country. Please allow 4 working days to process your order. This does not include shipping time. Orders may only be shipped to a deliverable street address - no P.O. Boxes or hotel addresses etc. 

We offer fast, reliable shipping via NZ Courier New Zealand Post, DHL International, GoExpress, FengTianWuLiu and YTO Express . In some countries, shipping company may also interface with local carriers for the final delivery of your package. 

According to service guideline, the estimate shipping time in most area are as below: 

NZ courier: 3-5 working days 

DHL: 5-10 working days 

GoExpress/ FengTianWuLiu: 2-3 weeks for normal shipping; Special Items (eg, infant formula/milk powder) 6-8 weeks 

YTO Express: 2-3 weeks working days
