We are selling our goods at the best possible lowest prices; as such we are updating our online shop's prices from time to time. If there are some prices are out of date or our shipping company is changing their prices, we reserve our rights to sell at the correct price. However an email will be sent to you requesting your acceptance confirmation before goods dispatching.
There are no customs clearance costs and exporting tax for shipping out of New Zealand. Customs clearance costs and tax in the country of destination, if incurred, are the buyer responsibility.
All orders must be paid for prior to dispatch of goods. We accept credit cards ( Master Card, VISA and UnionPay). Bank Transfer is also accepted however the bank fee for transfer at this end (Usually NZ$25.00 per transfer) needed to be included.
Online orders and card details are encrypted using the most advanced techniques to ensure security and privacy. All details will be kept entirely confidential and will not be shared with any other party.
Shipping and Delivery
Please allow 4 working days to process your order. This does not include shipping time.
Orders may only be shipped to a deliverable street address - no P.O. Boxes or hotel addresses etc.
All orders are shipped by "EFS POST" or New Zealand Post "International Air" or "International Economy" or "DHL" or "TNT" or "NZ Couriers" by your choice while you are checking out at the online shop. Shipping costs are based on actual weight with a minimum weight 1kg and a maximum weight 10kg per order/package.
According to New Zealand Post's "international Services Guide", the Shipping Times in most area are as below:
International Air: 4-10 working days
International Economy: 15-25 working days
However we are unable to guarantee NZ Post's shipping time.

When you shop with KIWI PLAZA, you enjoy confidence, however you need to choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind. If the Product is faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
KIWI PLAZA 2014 LTD (KIWI PLAZA) will accept merchandise or promotional goods or products (Product) returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund or repair for goods or merchandise purchased through our website www.kiwiplaza.co.nz where:
The Product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
The Product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
The Product does not match the sample or our description; and
You can present your receipt or other adequate proof of purchase
While every care is taken when packaging products for transportation, we cannot be liable for any transport damage that may occur after goods leave our premises.
KIWI PLAZA may elect to return the Product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. KIWI PLAZA reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. To qualify to return an item under this Policy:
Prior to returning any Product item you must contact us email@example.com to receive a return authorisation, otherwise we will not be able to match the return to you.
If the process is not followed KIWI PLAZA will not be liable for lost, misplaced, non-matched items that might be returned to KIWI PLAZA.
If you return the goods then they must be in the same condition as they were sent to you.
We have fourteen (14) days grace period where you must contact us to discuss any issues with your Product.
Request’s for return after the fourteen (14) days grace period will not be considered.
All qualified Product returns should be made via KIWI PLAZA official address (58 Wakefield Street, Auckland, 1010 New Zealand) along with the invoice/receipt for proof of the purchase.
The customer will be responsible to pay all the shipping costs for returns or exchanges. The shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the cost of the Product is more than $75, the customer should consider using a trackable shipping method. KIWI PLAZA is not able to guarantee that the returning item will reach us.
KIWI PLAZA Reserves the right to: assess the condition and age of the returned Product prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused. Please note:
Your original KIWIPLAZA invoice/receipt is the best form of proof of purchase.
Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. Credit card refunds must be processed back onto the original credit card. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange on Transaction Fees during your purchase.
If we issued a refund and the customer has not received the refund within a reasonable time:
The customer must contact their credit card company or bank.
KIWI PLAZA cannot be held liable for processing times of your bank, credit card company or financial institution.

Insurance will be provided free of charge for retail orders below NZ$1,000, for orders above NZ$1,000, please leave a message asking us to contact you for a proper arrangement before you submit the order online or you fax it. If you do not receive your order beyond the shipping time specified above, please contact us to initial a Package Tracking and a claim for lost compensation if the tracking confirms the parcel is lost in shipping. Damage in shipping is also covered by the insurance but you must file a damage claim within 3 days and save all packing materials for inspection if required.
Compensations will not become effective until the claims are verified and approved by the insurance company.
